Alaska Rider Tours Opening their Doors

Alaska Rider Tours is not part of End of Road Rally but we wanted to show our support for other events so here is their information:

Hello Riders!Yes, it is that time of year again, and we are getting ready to open the doors at Alaska Rider Tours! The sun is out until almost 10PM and we are gaining 3 minutes of daylight a day!

• The fabled Seagull has now returned, and that means that summer is a whisper away....I want to take a moment to talk about why you would ride with Alaska Rider Tours. We offer the most extensive line of motorcycles for rent in Alaska from Harley-Davidson to BMW to Kawasaki to Suzuki.
• Our office hours will be from 8AM to 6PM, SEVEN DAYS A WEEK, from May 1st to September 1st. Don't hesitate to stop by and check us out!

End of Road Rally Sponsorship

Dear Friends of the Rally,

The first End of the Road Rally is scheduled for June 19, 20, 21 & 22 2008 at Mile 1404 Alaska Highway at the Sawmill Creek Lodge. The organizers are seeking sponsors for the event. Events and entertainment scheduled to take place during the End of the Road Rally can be found on the website at www.endofroadrally.blogspot.com . There will be music, comedy, games, camping, rides, a commemorative area for flags in remembrance of American fallen soldiers, dancing, a collector/classic auto ride, an ATV rally & more. We will organize a Toy Run in the area to benefit children in the area for Project Christmas and for the children’s ward at the Fairbanks Memorial Hospital. Vendors will be on selling food, arts, furs, clothing, gifts and more.

Sponsorship contributions range from $1,000 to donating a door prize. If you choose to donate, please make the check out to Thomas Pyatt with a memo indicating End of Road Rally. Our event expenses for port-a-potties, outside beer garden fencing, music, t-shirts, staffing, comedians, etc. exceed $13,000. We are offering the event for a $25 entry fee, $25 vendor stations with all music and entertainment sponsored by the rally and lodge.

The End of Road Rally feels that this is a great opportunity for many businesses to
showcase their products or advertise their name at this event. We will place sponsors names on a sign which will be both inside the lodge and outside for all to view while they travel the Alaska-Canada Highway.
